| Abstract: | Think long-range from the protection of marine ecological environment，the introduction of unwanted aquatic organisms and pathogens from ballast water transfer has more serious threat than other marine pollutions. This essay briefly described its harm and current management legislation，to call on the people to pay closer concern for this matter. |
