国产汔车防腐现状及对策

汽车制造用金属材料普遍存在腐蚀问题，这不仅破坏了汽车外观，还直接影响到汽车质量和寿命。本文综述了6辆国产车在结构设计、材料、防护工艺方面普遍存在的问题，针对上述问题提出了以下防腐措施：在结构方面避免腐蚀，选用抗腐蚀性能优良的材料，采用先进完善的防腐工艺，最后指出，这些防腐措施综合应用才能取得最佳效果。

Present status of domestic automotive and strategy

Corrosion is a common phenomenon for automotive metal materials.It not only destroys vehicle ap-pearance,but also directly effects quality and life cycle.In this paper,corrosion test results of6domestic vehicles are summa rized;the common problems for the6vehicles on design,materials and protection process are introduced in detail.Corrosion prevention measures to these problems are presente:select high rot-proof material;apply ad vanced corro sion prevention process.In the end,it is pointed that these measures should be applied synthetically to get the optimal effect.
