| 摘 要： | 对于港口散货装卸成套工艺设备的建设管理,历来的模式是全部总包给综合性的工程公司。介绍一种新的工程管理模式──工程咨询管理总包,并介绍了日照港的建设经验。这种管理模式放弃了完全总包,可以节省建设资金,同时聘请工程咨询公司作为管理顾问,以保证工程质量。

| Abstract: | The construction management of port complete bulk cargo handling equipment system has always been contracted totally by comprehensive engineering corporations.This paper presents a new engineering management mode: engineering consultation management contracting,and recommends the experience of Rizhao Port.Giving up total contraction,this management mode has the advantages of saving construction cost and can ensure engineering quality by engaging engineering consulting company as the management consultant. |
