我国公路工程造价管理存在的问题、原因及对策分析

目前社会公众越来越关注公路工程造价问题,各级交通运输主管部门也意识到造价管理的重要性。文中从公路建设基本程序角度出发探究目前我国公路工程造价存在的问题,然后从主客观、体制、法规、技术等方面找原因,最后进行对策分析。希望通过本文的研究能够解决目前公路工程造价管理存在的问题,为交通运输可持续发展提供决策依据。

Study on the Problems, Causes and Countermeasures of Highway Engineering Cost Management of China

At present,the public pay more and more attention to the problem of highway engineering cost,transportation authorities are also aware of the importance of cost management.This paper from the perspective of basic program of highway construction in our country at present existing problems in construction cost of highway engineering,and then from the main objective,system,laws and regulations,technology and other aspects to find the reasons,finally carries on the countermeasure analysis.Hope that through this study can solve the current highway engineering construction cost management problems,for the sustainable development of transportation to provide basis for decision making.
