三峡左岸6号机组小开度异常振动机理研究

摘    要:对于三峡左岸电站6号机组在4%开度情况下出现异常振动问题,供货商Alstom公司提出负流量说法.针对这一问题,文中结合CFD技术对真机动特性进行数值模拟,得出该开度下机组不大可能出现负流量的结论,说明Alstom公司给出负流量引发异常振动的解释不尽合理,依据现场试验数据和排除法排除掉水锤波等因索,指出水体共振和自激振动有可能成为异常振动的原因。

Abstract:Considering the 4% guide vane abnormal vibration of the three gorges hydropower station left bank # 6 generator unit,it is discovered that negative load is impossible when generator unit is at such operation point base on CFD numerical simulation and the explaination of Alstom Corp is unreasonable. Impossible vibration reasons such as water hammer wave and so on are excluded base on exclusive method and field test. The analysis reveals that the waters resonance vibration and the self-excited vibration are the probable reasons.
