沥青路面基层快速修补材料研究

摘    要:针对沥青路面半刚性基层易发生破损等出现一系列问题,选用水泥、碎石、早强-减水剂、UEA膨胀剂等为原料,运用均匀优化设计方法,配制自密实型基层快速修补材料。通过室内试验研究了各种添加剂(包括早强剂、膨胀剂、水泥及填料等)对抗压、抗折、粘结强度等路用性能的影响。试验发现,在几种配合比中,水泥乳化沥青修补料采用沸石粉8%、早强-减水剂1.8%、8%硫铝酸盐系UEA膨胀剂时其强度最佳,16 h的抗压强度达3.5 MPa以上。修补材料16 h的界面粘结强度达到0.38 MPa,满足基层对粘结强度的要求。试验结果表明,所配制修补材料具有粘结强度高、稳定性好、固化时间短等特点,能满足沥青混凝土路面快速修补的技术要求,而且经济效益和社会效益显著,可以供沥青路面养护部门参考使用。

Abstract:To counter the problems occurred commonly in the base of asphalt pavement,a new self-compacting patching material consists of cement,aggregate and some additive such as water reducing and expanding additive named UEA is made up with the method of homogeneous design.The effect of different additives on the properties of patching material which including the strengths of compression,anti-bending and cohesion are investigated by in-door test.The experiment shows that the strength requirement of self-compacting patching material is met when some additives used properly.Its compression strength and anti-bend strength can arrive 3.5 MPa and 0.38 MPa.The results of experiment proves that the patching material designed has the characteristics of higher strength,more stability and less solidification time.The material can satisfy the requirement of fast repair of asphalt pavement and is a good choice for maintenance of asphalt pavement.
