限位器抗冲击计算

摘    要:通过对具有无阻尼和有阻尼限位器隔冲系统的冲击响应计算,得到了限位器的主要参数(工作间隙、刚度和阻尼)对系统的抗冲击性能(冲击作用下设备的最大加速度与最大位移)的影响。工作间隙是起决定性的因素,适当的阻尼不仅可以大幅度减少最大位移,也可以减小最大加速度。最后提出了各参数的确定方法。

Abstract:The main parameters of the displacement restrictor are the working clearance,stiffness and damping. This paper discusses the influence of the parameters on the shock resistance performance of the vibation isolating system, which includes the supported equipment's maximum acceleration and maximum displacement under certain shock load. For vibration isolating systems withont damping, the maximum shock displacement response of the supported equipment is nearly proportional to the clearance and the maximum shock acceleration response is inversely proportional to the clearance. The influence of the stiffness on the system performance is contrary to the clearance. In practical design process, the working clearance is determined according to the actual situation of the supported equipment at first, and then the stiffness is determined. The maximum shock displacement response is calculated finally. Increase the damping properly can reduce the maximum acceleration, but if the damping increased over a certain value, the effect to the maximum acceleration will be the contrary. Cushion coefficient is the parameter evaluating the shock isolating efficiency, which is the ratio of the product of the maximum displacement and maximum acceleration to the square of shock velocity. There exists an optimum damping factor for a given system that ensures the coefficient is the least. The factor is mainly determined by the working clearance, the stiffness affects it slightly. In practical engineering, first the working clearance is determined, and then the optimum damping factor, the other parameters are calculated at last.
