网络计划技术的新发展——项目关键链管理(CCPM)

指出了关键路线法（CPM）现存在的问题，介绍了近年来在国外兴起的项目关键链管理（CCPM）的基本思想的对CPM的改进。项目关键链管理的基本思想是根据概率理论和组织行为学理论，以50%的概率估计工期，将单个工序的不确定因素统一放在项目缓冲区考虑。将关键链作为项目管理的重点，通过项目缓冲区和项目汇入缓冲区的管理来减少延误。

Critical Chain Project Management-A New Development in Network Technique

Some disadvantages of CPM are summarized and a new network technique of Critical Chain Project Management is briefly introduced in this paper. CCPM makes improvements over the disadvantages of CPM. The basic ideas in CCPM is to estimate duration with 50% probability instead of low risk estimation, focus the critical chain and manage buffers of the chain to reduce delay.
