| 摘 要： | 针对重庆市短途区间客船的安全隐患及其相关需求,为保障沿河两岸群众的安全出行、巩固水上交通安全形势;讨论了重庆市短途区间客船的现状,含区域分布特征、航区特征、船龄特征等;分析了短途区间客船的安全隐患及其对策,涉及稳性、结构强度、操纵性及GPS系统;提出了短途区间客船安全性技术改造的目标、原则、措施、范围与计划;并对短途区间客船的安全性改造提出了建议。
