类菱形车前悬架扭杆弹簧的设计与选用

摘    要:根据类菱形车的特殊布局,设计并确定前悬架扭杆弹簧的结构和几何尺寸,并根据其等效模型利用ANSYS软件对类菱形车前悬架扭杆弹簧进行强度分析,由仿真结果对其进行强度校核,从而可验证前悬架扭杆弹簧设计的合理性。

Abstract:According to the special figure of a similar rhombic vehicle, the structure and geometric dimension of the front suspension's wishbone spring is designed and confirmed. Based on its equal model, the strength analysis of the front suspension's wishbone spring is done applying ANSYS, whose rationality is validated by test with simulating results.
