柴油机催化型颗粒捕集器建模与模拟

摘    要:利用仿真软件创建了柴油机催化型颗粒捕集器的三维模型,包括了压降子模型、再生反应子模型及其相关反应动力学。对该模型的初始条件、边界条件等进行设定,模拟实验条件进行了颗粒捕集器的仿真,同时验证了该模型的准确性。结果表明,该模型的NO转化率误差最大为7%,压降误差不超过10%。仿真数据与实验数对比误差较小,能够较为准确的表现实验结果。

Catalyzed Diesel Particulate Filter Modeling and Simulation

Abstract:A simulation model of catalyzeddiesel particulatefilter was established based on simulation software The sub-models are including pressure drop model, regeneration reaction model and reaction kinetics of regeneration. The initial conditions and boundary conditions are set up in the model. The validity of the model was proved by compared with the experiments. The results shows thatthe error of NO conversion between experiment and simulation rates up to 7%. The margin of error of pressure drop is 10 percentages.Hence the influence factors analysis of CDPF passive regeneration process based on this model is accuracy.
