城市道路交通环境质量的灰聚类评价

摘    要:应用灰色聚类评价方法,考虑多方面的因素,采用多因子的评价,引入气体污染因子与噪声污染因子,对城市道路交通环境影响进行评价。根据评价结果,将城市道路交通环境状况分为环境质量优(Ⅰ级)、良(Ⅱ级)、中(Ⅲ级)、差(Ⅳ级)4个灰类等级,提出建立评价矩阵的方法、灰类的白化权函数和综合决策权。评价结果表明:灰色聚类评价理论应用于城市道路交通环境质量的评价是切实可行的。

Abstract:The paper applies grey clustering decision-making evaluation, considers various factors. Uses a multi-factor evaluation, introduces the gas pollution and noise pollution factor, and asses the urban road traffic environmental impact. Urban street traffic environment situation will be divided into four grey classes, such as excellent class( Ⅰ level), fine class( Ⅱlevel), common class(Ⅲ level), and bad class(Ⅳ level) ,and gives the method to make the evaluation matrix, the synthesis decision-making weights, and the whiten weights functions of grey class. Evaluation results show that: the use of grey clustering decisionmaking in the evaluation on urban city street traffic environment quality is practicable.
