摘    要:运用MATLAB/Simulink模型开发平台,采用飞思卡尔MC9S12XEP100单片机作为主芯片,选取典型的模拟量传感器温度传感器为研究对象,采用模块化的设计思想,开发了传感器故障诊断软件,通过特定的诊断算法以及容错策略判断传感器是否存在故障。在168F小型汽油机上,通过人为设置故障,验证了故障诊断软件的可行性。试验结果表明,该软件运行稳定可靠,诊断效果明显,对普通模拟量传感器的诊断软件开发具有指导意义。

Diagnostic Software Development for Temperature Sensor of Small Gasoline Engine Based on Simulink
Abstract:The sensor diagnostic software of modular design was developed with MATLAB/Simulink platform based on the main chip of Freescale MC9S12XEP100 by selecting the temperature sensor among the typical analog variable sensors as the re-search object .Through the specific diagnostic algorithm and fault tolerant strategy ,the sensor faults could be detected .The feasibility of the software was verified by the simulated fault on 168F small gasoline engine .The test results show that the soft-ware is stable and ,reliable and the diagnostic effect is obvious .The development project provides the reference for the develop-ment of general analog sensor diagnostic software .
