| 摘 要： | 基于惠州19-2／3项目，对双层海管的切管工艺进行分析，利用数据对比的方式说明了切管工艺的推广意义。双层管内外管站同时作业的铺设新工艺（切管）在海上施工中创造了一定的经济效益。
