摘    要:采用模糊PID控制策略模拟共轨管内的燃油压力作为边界条件,对不同尺寸喷嘴进行CFD流场计算,研究高压共轨压力波动对喷嘴内部流场及喷油规律的影响,结果可对各孔流量的均匀性和下游的喷雾特性研究提供更真实的边界条件,供喷嘴结构参数的优化设计参考。

Abstract:The strategy of fuzzy PID for fuel pressure control was used to simulate the fuel pressure in the common rail. Using it as the boundary conditions, 3 D CFD flow field of different nozzles geometry was calculated to investigate the influence of the high pressure common rail fuel pressure fluctuations on the flow field in the nozzle and injection. The results can provide more realistic boundary conditions for flow uniformity among holes in the injector and downstream spray, which are very useful for the optimum design of the nozzle structure parameters.
