| 摘 要： | 分析传统水润滑轴承的应用现状与不足，以华龙水润滑轴承为对象，研究轴承的润滑性能和摩擦磨损性能并进行台架模拟试验，结果表明华龙材料具有优良的自润滑性能，低摩擦因数，高承载压力，抗冲击性及耐磨损性良好，在船舶行业具有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | The current situation and shortcomings of the traditional water-lubricated stern tube bearings was briefly analyzed. Setting the Hualong water lubricated bearings as object, the comprehensive properties of lubricating property,frictional characteristic and wear property were researched. Test results showed that Hualong material is of outstanding self-lubrication, low frictional factor, high pressure-bearing capability, good shockproof characteristic and wear resistance, etc. which can be applied broadly in the shipbuilding industry. |
