补硒对大鼠胰腺活体内蛋白质合成的影响

摘    要:断奶1周的大鼠分为3组,分别饲与克山病病区低硒粮饲料(硒含量0.009mg/kg)和基础饲料补加不同量亚硒酸钠(补硒量0.1mg/kg或0.4mg/kg)以探讨硒对大鼠胰腺活体内蛋白质合成的影响。结果表明:补硒(0.1mg/kg或0.4mg/kg)与未补硒大鼠比较,补硒大鼠的胰腺(3H)-亮氨酸参入活性、蛋白质和RNA含量都显著增加。在同样的补硒水平,肝的硒含量和GSH-Px活性也显示明显增高。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of selenium (Se) supplementation on pancreatic protein synthesis in vivo,three groups of weaning rats were fed on a low-selenium diet composed of grains from a Keshan disease area (containing 0.009mg/kg Se) or the basal diet supplemented with two levels of selenium as sodium selenite (0.1 or 0.4mg Se/kg diet),respectively. The results showed that with sodium selenite supplementation at level of either 0.1 mg/kg or 0. 4mg/kg Se, the amino acid incorporation activity, amounts of protein and RNA all increased significantly in pancreas of the Se-supplemented rats, when compared to the unsupplemented rats,significant increases in the Se content and GSH-Px activity in liver were also observed.
