| 摘 要： | 针对西部交通科技项目评价指标量化困难的特点，参照我国目前常用的科技项目评价指标体系，建立了由2个一级指标和4个二级指标组成的西部交通建设科技项目投入指标体系，以及由5个一级指标和11个二级指标组成的产出指标体系，并提出了各指标的计算方法，然后在大量统计计算的基础上，应用SPSS软件，对提出的投入产出指标进行因子分析，通过各评价指标的相关性分析并进行降维处理，最后得出含3个因子的投入指标和5个因子的产出指标．依此枸建了西部交通科技项目评价指标体系。 |
