| 摘 要： | 山西省晋阳高速公路由于修建早、标准低,服务水平较差,北留互通等路段存在的堵车排队问题、交通事故问题等尤为突出。专门针对运营阶段的北留互通立交进行客观的安全性评价1],尽早发现问题并提出解决措施,防患于未然。
