| 摘 要： | 应用有限元接触分析方法 ,研究钢轨螺栓螺纹根部的应力集中。通过优化螺栓螺纹根部圆角半径和螺母结构、改变螺纹根部直径的方法 ,缓解螺纹根部的应力集中 ,改善应力分布 ,实现提高螺栓疲劳强度的目的。

| Abstract: | An analysis was made of stress concentration at the root of screw thread by finite element method. By optimizing the radius of rounded corner at the root of thread and the structure of screw nut, and by changing the diameter of the root of thread, the concentrated stress was reduced, and stress distribution was improved for higher fatigue strength of the screw bolt. |
