惠山站房钻孔灌注桩承载力分析

摘    要:选取站房7根钻孔灌注桩进行静载试验研究、测试了各桩的竖向极限承载、水平临界荷载、水平极限荷载结果表明:在采用正循环钻进成孔工艺的条件下,两种不同类型的单桩竖向极限承载力可分别取1 560、3 896 kN、单桩承载力特征值可分别取780、1948 kN,单桩水平临界荷载可取320kN,单桩水平极限荷载可取640 kN钻孔灌注桩的承载力能够满足工程需求

Abstract:Seven bored piles were chosen for the static load test,and the vertical ultimate load,horizontal critical load and horizontal ultimate load of each pile were tested.The results indicate that under the condition of positively-circulated drilling,the vertical ultimate load for single pile can be set as 1 560 kN and 3 896 kN respectively; the characteristic value of load can be set as 780 kN and 1 948 kN;the horizontal critical load can be set as 320 kN;the horizontal ultimate load can be set as 640 kN.The bearing capacity of bored pile satisfies the project requirements.
