| 摘 要： | 通过试验的方法，对具有不同表面特征的离合器对偶钢片进行对比试验并分析钢片表面特征对摩擦特性的影响。基于本研究的结论，提出对钢片冲压工序后表面处理的指导方法并确定实际工艺制造过程中需要监控的参数，从而使产品满足了GM全球的产品规范和摩擦特性的指标。目前，该产品已成功应用于SGM新一代君威轿车上。

| Abstract: | By using the testing method,the effect on the friction performance caused by the dualistic plate with different features is analyzed.Based on the result,the method of surface disposing of post-processing of stamping and the practical monitoring parameters are advanced.So the product criterion and friction performance of GM products is satisfied,and it is being used on the new Regal Sedan of SGM. |
