计算机模拟技术在汽车制动稳定性研究中的应用

摘    要:本文介绍了一种12自由度模拟程序,可对汽车制动的动态过程进行模拟计算。模拟程序中采用了最新轮胎纵滑与侧偏联合力学特性半经验模型,对汽车的悬架及转向系统的运动学关系进行了较准确的表达,同时考虑了各结构参数及使用参数对汽车运动的影响。通过对CA141和CA136LF型汽车的模拟计算及实车试验比较可知,模拟结果与试验结果相符。文中给出了模拟计算在产品开发中的应用实例和一些有参考价值的模拟计算结果。

Abstract:A twelve degrees of freedom simulation program for modelling dyna-mic braking process of a vehicle is introduced. A up-to-date semi-empiricaltire model for describing generations of forces and moments of tire undercombination of longitudinal and lateral slip is adopted. The kinematicalrelationships between suspension and steering systems are accuratelyexpressed, and the influences of parameters relating to vehicle construc-tion and operating conditions are carefully taking into account. Compar-ison between experiment data and simulation results of trucks CA141 andCA136LF shows their good agreement.Some applicational examples and in-formative simulation results are provided.
