| 摘 要： | 可持续发展能力是实现资源型企业可持续发展的重要能力,深入研究我国当前资源型企业存在的矿竭企衰,发展后劲不足问题,其中一个很重要的根源在于企业缺乏可持续发展能力的培养和强化。分析了可持续发展能力及其外在表现、资源型企业构建可持续发展能力的必要性,并结合资源型企业的实际提出了构建可持续发展能力的途径和方式。
