| Abstract: | Through the study on the International Maritime Labor Convention 2006, and combining the actual situation of the crew manning business in China,the paper made sure the working targets for the crew manning agency,provided some advises to their daily management system and finally put forward some suggestion to the related authorities based on the International Maritime Labor Convention 2006. |
