| 摘 要： | 提高国有企业运作效率是我国国企改革的主要目的之一,绩效考核理论在企业中实践应用无疑是达到这一目的的有效途径之一。本文在归纳总结大连石化公司绩效改革成功经验基础上,针对性的提出了国有企业实施绩效改革的基本对策。
