地铁车辆转向架构架疲劳可靠性预测研究

摘    要:根据实测的动应力数据,运用雨流计数法编制了二维应力谱,并在已知材料P-S-N曲线存活概率为50%和95%的情况下,推得任意存活概率的P-S-N曲线的方法.进而得到存活概率为99.9%的P-S-N曲线.对某地铁车辆的转向架构架进行了不同可靠度下的疲劳寿命预测.

Abstract:Based on the dynamic stress data tested on line, the rain flow counting method is used to count the cycle of the stress-time history for constructing the two dimensions stress spectrum. An approach is carried out to derive the P-S-N curves of arbitrary survival probability from fatigue test data of two basic stress-life curves under the survival probability 50% and 95%.
