在短期内评判某些事情的对错是十分困难的,只有从长远的角度来看,才能作出一个全方位客观的评价.2009年开始的轰轰烈烈的全行业与资本市场共同为之疯狂的新能源客车亦是如此.虽然早在北京奥运会期间已有混合动力和纯电动客车运营,但是其效果并不好,甚至于个别车辆没能完成16 d的运输使命.而十城千辆示范工程应该算是我国新能源客车发展的起点.政策拉动市场,市场催生产品.一夜之间,中国的客车市场拉开了新能源的帷幕.随之而来的是资本市场对于新能源概念的疯狂追逐,市场和资本的双重诱惑,使得近2年的新能源客车市场"有点热".
