| Abstract: | With the view to the educational aim that colleges and universities should bring up qualified constructors and dependable successors for socialism construction, the essay, from the aspect of system construction, staffs development ,serving system and examination and evaluation, raises some new thoughts of establishing a long-acting system of ideological and political education to undergraduates. |
