Abstract:In order to explore the influence of steel fiber content and specification on the construction performance and mechanical properties of ultra-high performance concrete for bridge,this paper carried out comparative test by setting different steel fiber content(0%,0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%,2.5%,3%,3.5%,4%)and aspect ratio(65,80,90,100),respectively Flexural strength.The test results show that:when the aspect ratio of steel fiber is 65,the expansion degree of ultra-high performance concrete decreases,the compressive strength increases,and the flexural strength first increases and then decreases.The maximum compressive strength and flexural strength are 166.84 and 43.74 MPa respectively,and the corresponding steel fiber content is 4%and 3.5%respectively.When the steel fiber is 2.5%,with the increase of length diameter ratio,the expansion degree of UHPC decreases,the compressive strength and flexural strength increase,and the maximum compressive strength and flexural strength are 164.89 and 42.05 MPa respectively.On the premise of meeting the working performance of ultra-high performance concrete for bridge,the length diameter ratio of steel fiber should be properly increased to reduce the occurrence of bridge structural cracks and improve the durability.
