| Abstract: | The objects,purpose of independent safety assessment and the relationship between the assessment party and the project executor are summarized.Taking the safety assessment of the signalling system in Wenzhou City Railway S1 Line as an example,the establishment of assessment strategies is elaborated in view of its new standards,new systems and high risks.The implementation process of safety assessment is described in term of hazard analysis and management,staged authorization,process review,quality control,etc. |
