基于欧标体系公路隧道钢拱架的优化研究

摘    要:基于欧标体系,以格鲁吉亚E60高速公路F 2标公路隧道项目为依托,对隧道中采用的钢拱架方案进行优化研究。首先,提出了优化后的设计方案;其次,采用欧标体系下的数值模拟计算方法,分析了不同工况条件下钢拱架的受力及变形特征。最后,针对优化后的钢拱架方案,采用现场监测数据验证优化方案的可行性。研究结果表明:优化后的方案具有钢架加工简便、施工操作方便、施工效率高的优点,且初期支护钢架刚度更加均匀和合理;单榀钢拱架和双拼钢拱架的最小安全系数值均位于拱部,两种结构受力特性基本一致,安全性都能满足要求,且单榀钢架更趋于安全;单榀钢拱架和双拼钢拱架的最大位移也位于拱部,两种结构变形特性规律一致;从现场监测的结果可以看出,采用单榀钢拱架方案支护后,围岩的收敛及拱顶下沉量均满足要求。

Abstract:Based on the European standard system,and combined with the Georgia E60 highway F2 standard highway tunnel project,the steel arch scheme used in the tunnel initial support is optimized.First,the optimized design scheme is proposed;secondly,the numerical simulation calculation method under the European standard system is used to analyze the force and deformation characteristics of the steel arch under different construction conditions.Finally,the field monitoring data is used to verify the feasibility of the optimized scheme.The research results show that the optimized scheme has the advantages of simple steel frame processing,convenient construction operation,and high construction efficiency,and the rigidity of the initial supporting steel frame is more uniform and reasonable;the minimum safety factor of single and double steel arches The factors are all located in the arch,the force characteristics of the two structures are basically the same,the safety can meet the requirements,and the single steel arch is more safe;the maximum displacement of the single steel arch and the double steel arch is also located in the arch,The deformation characteristics of the two structures are consistent;It can be seen from the results of field monitoring that the convergence of the surrounding rock and the vault settlement meet the requirements when the single-steel arch support is adopted.
