620V16柴油机曲轴平衡性分析

摘    要:柴油机的平衡性能是影响柴油机使用性能的重要因素之一.为了找到贴合实际的620V16柴油机曲轴平衡性计算方法,根据620V16柴油机曲轴图纸,建立了曲轴简化模型,运用内燃机动力学的平衡理论,用数学分析法进行计算,得到了平衡块布置位置角度和重径积的计算值为16.59°和13840.247N·mm,实际值分别是16.5°和14961.836,15022.638,13286.404,14635.476N·mm.在与实际值的比较中,角度值贴合实际,重径积值平均差异为4.5%,证明了所采用的方法具有理论指导意义.
