| Abstract: | The studies of EFL teacher role share the view that the EFL teacher is not a unidirectional imparter of knowledge, but a multidirectional guide of knowledge; the Chinese scholars tend to take a broader perspective. Its existing problems include its seemingly inadequate width and depth, lack of systematic and theoretic exploration. |
