摘    要:介绍了逆向工程的基本思路和方法,以锥齿轮为研究对象,利用三维坐标扫描仪获取锥齿轮表面的云状数据,并通过Imageware逆向软件对测量数据进行处理,从而实现锥齿轮的逆向造型设计,同时对锥齿轮进行了有限元分析。

Abstract:The basic idea and method of the reverse engineering were introduced.The cloud data of the bevel gear surface were obtained by the three-dimensional coordinate scanner and the measurement data were processed with Imageware.The reverse modeling design of bevel gear was achieved.
