摘    要:为了对城市道路安全状况进行客观评价,提取交通事故、客运量和货运量等3个方面共6个指标.收集2001-2008年31个省级区域道路的6个指标,并进行标准化.结合客观数据与专家意见,采用层次分析法进行指标权重计算.应用模糊层次分析法评价城市道路安全水平,构建判断矩阵.根据计算结果判断目标城市的道路安全水平状况,为日后的城市交通安全改进提供理论依据.以张家口为例,使用模糊层次分析法对城市道路安全进行评价.

Evaluation Model Research of Regional Roadway Safety Based on Fuzzy AHP Analysis

Abstract:Six indicators from traffic safety, passenger and freight transportation were selected to eval- uate the level of safety service. According to traffic data from 31 provinces in 2006 , national average values are taken as a baseline. The standardized process was carried out by calculating the ratio of in- dex value of target cities and the national roads. Objective and expert advices are combined to caculate weight of each index. AHP and fuzzy analysis are applied to evalute roadway safety. Since function is selected to calculate the probability of membership. According to the results, the roadway safety level is determined and that lays a theoretical basis. Finally, fuzzy AHP analysis were apply to Zhangiiakou safety evaluation which takes advantages of objective and subjective evaluation methods could provide direct results.
