| Abstract: | Through the establishment of Simple Linear Regression Model, using measured data that has been speculated under the conditions which is close to the quota characteristics,changes in the quota consumption can be predicted, which is caused by the factors of continuity. Then, a new methodology would be provided to refine and test the quota data. |
