摘    要:文中构建了一套基于能力和忠诚度的评价矩阵,用以从直销能力、客户体验、财务能力、组织能力、人力资源等方面,来评价和提升经销商能力;从企业资信、规范执行、资金转用、市场开拓、品牌维护来评价和提升经销商忠诚度.

Abstract:An evaluation matrix is put forwards and constructed in this paper based on capability and loyalty.With the matrix,the capability of dealers can be evaluated and improved from the perspectives of direct sale,financing and organizing abilities and clients' experience,as well as human resource;and the loyalty of dealers can be evaluated and enhanced from the aspects of creditability,regulation enforcement,capital operation,market exploration and brand maintenance.
