| 摘 要： | 本文从使用者、运营者和投资者三个角度出发，构建了城市轨道交通运营方案综合评价指标体系，对各指标进行了分析，确定了AHP-隶属度函数评价方法，并以西安地铁2号线远期设计运营方案为实例进行了分析，验证了评价方法的有效性和实用性。

| Abstract: | This paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system for the operation scheme of urban rail transit according to the three aspects of user, operator and investor. Then, every index in the system was analyzed and an evaluation method of AHP-membersbip function was determined. Finally, a long-term operation scheme of No. 2 subway in Xi＇an was taken as an example to verify the validity and practicability of the evaluation method. |
