雪莲黄酮总甙抑制染色体损伤与SOD活性的相关研究

摘    要:用微量全血培养研究雪莲黄酮总甙对染色体的保护作用与 SOD活性的相关性。结果显示雪莲黄酮总甙抑制丝裂霉素 C(MMC)诱导的淋巴细胞的微核形成和 SCE频率 ,同时促进淋巴细胞 SOD活性的增加。统计分析表明 ,淋巴细胞的微核形成率和 SCE频率与 SOD活性呈负相关 ,雪莲黄酮总甙诱导淋巴细胞 SOD活性增加是其抑制染色体损伤的重要机制之一

The study of association between the inhibition of chromosome damage and the increase of SOD activity induced by the total flavoroids of saussarea
Abstract:Using the method of human whole blood culture, the authors studied the correlation between the inhibition of total flavoroids of saussarea (TFS) on the lymphocytes chromosome damage induced by mitomycin C (MMC) and the increase on the SOD activity of lymphocytes. The results showed that TFS reduced the frequency of lymphocyte micronucleus formation (FLMF) and lymphocyte sister chromatid exchange (SCE) induced by MMC, and increased the SOD activity of lymphocyte. Statistic analysis of results showed that there were negative correlation either between FLMF and SOD activity, or between SCE and SOD activity. The increase of TFS on the SOD activity is an important mechanism of reducing chromosome damages induced by MMC.
