摘    要:针对某ABS开发项目中车辆紧急制动后所产生的噪声问题进行了分析,得知是DRP控制逻辑由激活状态转变成逐渐加压状态时会产生ABS阀体噪声。修改原DRP控制逻辑后进行了试验验证。结果表明,采用修改后的DRP控制逻辑,当车辆减速度小于门槛值时,DRP将会从激活状态直接转变成关闭状态,而不再经过逐渐加压状态,使噪声问题得以解决。

Abstract:Analysis is made to the noise generated by applying emergency braking during ABS development project,it is concluded that ABS valve noise is generated when DRP control logic is changed from activated status to gradual pressurizing status.After the original DRP control logic is corrected,test and verification are carried out.The results show that by applying the corrected DRP control logic,when vehicle deceleration falls below threshold value,DRP will change directly from activated status to closed status,instead of experiencing the gradual pressurizing status,which eliminates the noise.
