双级制动踏板机构性能分析

摘    要:建立了一种双级制动踏板机构的运动性能、力传动性能和人机工程学分析模型,并根据此模型对两种轿车双级踏板机构性能进行了分析,提出了将双级踏板机构力传动比等效转化为单级踏板机构的计算方法。研究了制动过程中人体各关节运动角的变化,并依据此参数对踏板机构人机工程学进行评价。提出了双级踏板机构初始位置的设计方法,可保证制动踏板实际使用的最大行程点位于踏板总设计行程的中间位置,此时制动踏板比可达最大值。

Abstract:In this article,motion performance,force transmission and ergonomics model of a double-link-type brake pedal have been established,and analysis has been made to performance to two types of double-link brake pedal according to this model,thereby a calculation method is proposed about conversion of force transmission ratio of double link-type brake pedal equivalently into single link-type brake pedal.And a variety of human arthrosis motion angles are analyzed during brake process in order to evaluate ergonomics of pedal.Design method of initial position of this double-link brake is proposed,which ensures that the maximal stroke of pedal should be located in the center point of overall design stroke of pedal,at this time the biggest brake pedal ratio is achieved.
