摘    要:针对汽车驾驶室电器检测需求,采用模块化的设计方法开发了能够对多种汽车驾驶室电器进行在线检测的控制和信息处理平台。基于可编程控制技术设计了驾驶室电器检测模块和驾驶室ECU线束检测模块;采用计算机信息集成管理技术开发了汽车驾驶室电器检测信息管理模块,检测结果可通过Intranet进行远程查询。试验结果表明,该检测平台完全满足汽车驾驶室总装线的生产节拍要求,运行稳定可靠。

Abstract:Aimed at meeting the detection needs on cab electric components,a control and information processing platform was designed and developed to realize on-line detection for various types of vehicle cabs by using modular design method.A cab electric components detection module and an ECU wiring harness detection module were designed based on programmable control technique.A cab electric components detection information management module was developed to realize information integration.Remote querying functions to browse detection results through Intranet were also integrated into the platform.The trial operation on cab production line has shown the platform’s stableness and reliability.
