| 摘 要： | 在设计制造聚氨酯转向盘时，应注意考虑如下工艺性：转向盘形状对材料收缩性的影响、辐条的工艺性、排气孔的工艺性、聚氨酯材料的亲和性、固化时间、脱膜剂的使用、发泡剂的作用及加工时应注意的问题等。

| Abstract: | When designing and manufacturing polyurethane steering wheels, the following manufacturabilities should be paid attention:the influence of steering wheel shape upon the contraction of material, manufacturability of spokes, reasonableness of gas exit holes, affinity of polyurethane. material,solification time,use of release agent,function of foaming agent,as well as the other notive manufacturing. |
