传动系的弯曲振动及其对汽车飞轮壳强度影响的研究

摘    要:本文针对CA141汽车飞轮亮出现早期裂纹这一实际问题,将飞轮壳的强度与汽车传动系的弯曲振动结合起来研究。建立了传动系的弯曲振动模型,计算了系统的固有特性和响应,计算了飞轮壳和离合器壳所受最大弯曲角的响应。建立了飞轮壳及离合器壳的有限元模型,计算了飞轮壳及离合器壳的等效螺旋弹簧刚度,从而将飞轮壳的设计与修改同传动系的弯曲振动及飞轮亮的强度直接联系起来,本文的计算结果与试验取得较好的一致。

Abstract:In the light of a premature.cracking problem occured in flywheel housings of modelCA141 truck,a study taking the strength of flywheel housing and the bending vibration in trans-mission system together is carried out. Then a model of bending vibration in transmission systemhas been set up,the inherent characteriStics and response of the system,as well as the response tothe maximum bending,borne on flywheel housing and clutch housing are calculated. Meanwhile thefinite dement models for flywheel housing and clutch housing are established,and the rigidity ofboth housings are calculated by using an equivalent helical spring system,therefore it is possible todirectly integrate the modification of nYwheel housing design with bending vibration in transmis-sion system and strength of flywheel housing. The results calculated by the methods mentioned inthis paper agree well with those tested.
