| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种测量汽车滤清器滤纸的专用仪器，它可测量各种规格波纹滤纸的厚度、波纹深度及全高等参数。仪器采用了三角法无法接触激光位置传感器、步进电机和单片微机等技术，可实现非接触和自动测量，因而具有操作简便、测量速度快、重复性好及滤纸无变形等优点。

| Abstract: | A special device for measuring filtev paper of automotive filters is introduced in thispaper. It can be used to measure the parameters, such as thickness, corruqate depth and totalheight,etc. for corruqated paper with different size and forms. The technologies utilized in the de-rice include contactless laser position sensors by means of trigonometry,steper motors and mono-lithic processors,so that contactless and automatic measurement can be realized- The device has theadvantages of easy to operate,fast measurement,good repeatability and unde forming of filter pa-per, etc. |
