汽车机油泵试验系统的研制

所研制的汽车机油泵试验系统，由机械台架管路部分、测控系统和计算机管理系统三大部分组成。介绍了台架管路组成、硬件系统构造、控制系统设计、系统执行元件和传感器的性能等，并对测试功能软件的实现方法及所采取的可靠性措施进行了说明。最后给出了应用实例。

Development of A Testing system for Automotive Oip pumps

An oil pump testing system is presented in this paper. It is consisted of three ports,i. e. mechanical frame and pipelines,measuring and control unit,and computer managing unit. In this paper, the pipelining of the system,the construction of hardware,designs of. the control unit,as well as the characteristics of action elements and sensors,etc. are introducde. Finally the implementation of the measuring and testing functional software and the measures taken for guaranteeing the reliability of the system are also described with actual examples.
