| 摘 要： | 对拥堵收费影响下的交通出行方式选择进行研究,利用数据调查技术获取出行者在拥堵收费条件下的出行方式选择意向,并构建该政策影响下的城市居民内外通勤出行方式选择模型,量化估计政策实施所产生的影响,为我国城市交通管理者和决策者提供理论基础.

| Abstract: | The travel mode choice under the influence of traffic congestion charging is studied using investigative techniques to collect data of travel mode in the congestion charging conditions,and build choice model under the influence of policy.Quantitative estimates is conducted to obtain the impact of policy implementation for urban traffic managers and policy makers. |
