轴流式通风机对机车牵引电机冷却风道数值计算结果的影响

摘    要:对某机车牵引电机冷却风道入口分别采用连接轴流式通风机和以导流筒环形截面作为空气入口两种方法对风道进行模拟计算,通过对计算结果的对比分析,得出导流筒上方的轴流式通风机结构对风道计算结果的影响并不大,因此在冷却风道模拟计算中可以去掉复杂的通风机结构,采用以导流筒环形截面作为空气入口的物理模型建立方法,从而减轻建模工作量,提高计算效率.

Abstract:Two methods are used to dealing with air cooling channel entrance.One methed is connecting the Axial-flow fan,and the other uses circular cross section of the guide tube as the air inlet.Through analyzing the results,it is concluded that the effect of axial-flow fan on the numerical calculation results of the air cooling channel is not great.Therefore,the axial-flow fan can be removed in the modeling of air cooling channel,and the method of using circular cross section of the guide tube as the air inlet can reduce the modeling work and increase the computation efficiency.
