钙钛矿型LaCoO3的制备及其光催化性能

摘    要:采用柠檬酸络合法制备出钙钛矿型光催化剂LaCoO3,在自然光下对甲基橙进行光催化降解.采用XRD、SEM等手段对LaCoO3进行表征.结果表明,光催化剂LaCoO3的最佳制备条件:溶胶-凝胶的pH值为10,LaCoO3的煅烧温度为600℃,柠檬酸与金属离子的摩尔比为3:1.制得的LaCoO3催化剂,颗粒粒径均匀,光催化活性最高,在pH值为5的降解环境下催化剂对甲基橙(10 mg/l)的降解率可达93%.

Abstract:A perovskite photocatalyst LaCoO3 by citric acid complex method was prepared under visible light photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange.LaCoO3 were characterized by XRD,SEM and other means.The results show that the optimum preparation conditions of the photocatalyst LaCoO3 are sol-gel with a pH of 10 and calcining at 600℃.The molar ratio of citric acid and the metal ion is 3 ∶ 1.The LaCoO3 obtained from experiment has a high photocatalytic activity and uniform particle size.Under the pH 5,the catalyst rate for the degradation of methyl orange(10 mg/L) is up to 93%.
